Position Overview: 

We are actively building and developing a world-class sales team and are looking to hire experienced, goal oriented professionals to market to prospective commercial and residential clients in the following diversified counties.

Martin, St. Lucie and into the Northern Treasure Coast.

We have over 25 years of experience, a seasoned management team and a national distribution foot print with a proven track record in the Solar Industry. We are seeking like minded professionals to market our brand and grow our revenue base.

We are actively seeking self-motivated, goal oriented, positive, professionals who are looking to begin a career in the hugely expanding Solar Industry. Our candidates need not have prior experience in solar sales or design. Ideal candidates include professionals who can speak intelligently with residential and commercial prospects over the telephone, meet with them and actively listen to evaluate their specific needs, follow up and present a value added objective and comprehensive sales proposal and close the job with a customer commitment to move forward.

Responsibilities:

Our Sales team will be required to interact with the customer throughout the system design, product procurement, installation and remaining sales cycle to develop strong relationships and referrals. Our company will provide on going cutting-edge professional sales and marketing training and professionally designed sales tools. You will also be required to generate additional customer leads from referrals, business directories, professional networking organizations and other related business development activities. Our company provides qualified and pre-set leads for members of our team who are striving to meet their activity and business development goals. 

Qualifications:

  • B.S or B.A. preferred or equivalent experience
  • Previous sales management and demonstrated sales experience
  • Light project management or experience with multi step sales cycles
  • Experience using a computer with CRM software and MS Office Tools
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to perform mathematic functions such as ROI, IRR, NPV, and APR is a plus...
  • Previous understanding of construction techniques, roofing, electrical and or Solar Thermal / Photovoltaic is a plus
  • MUST be comfortable with heights and willing and able to climb ladders and occasionally lift 40-60lbs
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Valid Drivers license and auto insurance

Compensation:

  • Commissioned Sales with draws based on production.
  • 6 Figure income potential for those who meet activity and business development goals.
